“JUST FOR YOU”

I want to share with you a very powerful ancient system that will accommodate your personal needs. The main idea behind Tai Chi, Yoga, and Qi Gong is that practicing these systems will stimulate the flow of Energy and remove blockages in its flow in the body. Learning about Subtle Energy, we know that information about anything is anywhere. It is logical to assume that it includes information about us and what is good for us. If we want to get information from its storage, the “Cosmic Hologram”, we need to come into resonance with it and interpret it. The system I want to share with you is based upon these assumptions. Twenty years ago when I “got” this system, I realized that just a few people practiced it. It was a puzzle for me why such a powerful - and in reality, a simple - system was not as well known as Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. My only explanation for the system’s unpopularity is that it lacks specific rules. We get used to the traditional 1-2-3 instructions found in manuals: steps to learn, procedures, etc. Later, I found out that in ancient China, they called it 'Self-activated Qi Gong healing and balancing'. Buddhists call it 'Meditative Movements with a few other names around.

Instructions:

  • Find quiet time, wear comfortable clothes, and preferably have bare feet.


  • Set a timer for 30 minutes. Later you will not need the timer because the time you need will become programmed with you.


  • Have a couple of meters of empty space around you in your room, backyard, park.


  • You can keep your eyes closed or open.


  • Concentrate for a couple of seconds and picture that you have an antenna, channel, or radar coming out of the top of your head to bring instructions from the Highest Source of Knowledge to you.


  • Address the source, using words you are comfortable with. Ask for help, and ask to be shown what you need to do to become healthy; or if you want to be more specific, name your health problems. You may ask for help in thinking more clearly, to be more emotionally balanced, or to find a solution to deal with your problem. Ask for whatever you need, but not all at once or at the same time.


  • After you make the connection with the Highest Source and your request is sent (it should not take more than 4-6 seconds), start to listen carefully to your body. Look for any kind of instructions encoded in the need to make particular movements, breathe in an unusual way, to tone up certain muscle groups, etc.


  • Sometimes, you will get very clear 'instructions'. You could literally be pushed face down on the floor. If so, just carefully follow the command.


  • At other moments, you could feel the 'instructions' given in such a subtle way that you need to test them a few times to be able to understand which way to move.


  • At the end of each session, do not forget to thank the Source for helping you.


It could happen that you will not be able to sense anything the first few times you practice. Just try to listen to yourself until the alarm tells you that your time is over. Try it, trust it, it will come. The more you practice, the more grateful you will become. Something different will come up during your practice each time.
