These SEPS help people understand the vibrational world of Subtle Energy and help teach how it can be consciously incorporated into our personal and professional lives, as well as how to tap into our natural abilities to navigate this invisible world, that can help us become a more balanced and enhanced versions of ourselves. Chakras are the circular vortexes of energy that are placed in seven different points on the spinal column. The seven chakras are connected to various organs and glands within the body making up the energy centres of your energy body. These chakras are responsible for disturbing the life energy of your physical body.

VII Energy Centre

The 7th Crown Chakra is a conductor and a filter that represents a person's thinking and acting in life. How he/ she sees her role in life, and their ability to think independently. All moral and ethical values depend on the development of this Centre.

VI Energy Centre

The 6th Third Eye Chakra is a Centre of intuition. It allows us to access information directly without having to engage in the usual process of analysis.

V Energy Centre

The 5th Throat Chakra is a Centre of creativity in the broadest sense – is the ability to find creative solutions for the problems. Also indicates a gift in the performing and fine arts. It is responsible for the development of communication skills. It helps us express thoughts and feelings and listen to others. It helps us to sense the nuances of what is going in the world around us. Our flexibility and adaptability to new circumstances also depend on the development of this Centre. It is responsible for joy, lightness in life, generosity, sense of humour. This is a Centre for high emotions, for our happiness that is based on things other than material comfort.

IV Energy Centre

The 4th Heart Chakra is responsible for the ability to love and feel compassion, to be thankful, and to be able to forgive other people’s mistakes and weaknesses.

III Energy Centre

The 3rd Solar Plexus Chakra is our 'stamina for life', our 'backbone'. How well we deal with obstacles and difficulties in our lives depends on the development of this Centre. It is a Centre of will power, ambition and self – esteem. It is also a place where all negative emotions such as fear, anger, and anxiety are born. We all experience these emotions, the only difference is in our ability to control them.

II Energy Centre

The 2nd Sacral Chakra is a Centre of our sexuality, responsible for the way in which we experience ourselves as a human being.

The 1st Root Chakra is responsible for how grounded we are. It expresses our ability to survive, our ability to live in the present moment, to organize our life, our practicality, and our interest in the material world
